Jasmin Lechuga Carrasco

Jasmin Lechuga Carrasco is a Program Coordinator at Elevate Tutoring who grew up witnessing the lack of equity in education in East Side San Jose. She graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, where her experiences strengthened her passion for using education and technology as tools for change. Jasmin first joined Elevate as a Fellow, tutoring and mentoring students who reminded her of her younger self. Stepping into this role feels full circle as she gives back to the same community that once supported her. She is deeply motivated by her why and is committed to expanding access to opportunity, advocating for educational equity, and helping students build the confidence to pursue their goals.
