Diana Ruiz

Diana is a recent graduate from UC Santa Cruz where she obtained her degree in Psychology as well as Education/Democracy/Justice. She has a background working with nonprofits and other programs that strive to give equity for students. Recently, she was a peer mentor and Teacher Fellow from Breakthrough Collaborative. In the future she hopes to work in the education system where she can help students that are faced with systemic barriers, hopefully by becoming a teacher. She enjoys spending time with friends and family by trying new food, exploring cities, and seeing animals.
