We empower low-income and first-generation students to excel in college and launch into successful careers.
We deliver high-quality STEM tutoring to underserved K-12 schools, closing the opportunity gap for students in need.
We believe in the value of paying it forward. That's why the college students we support go on to tutor K-12 students, who will grow up and pay it forward themselves.

What We Do
Elevate's Fellowship Program is a part-time, 18-month fellowship program for low-income and first-generation undergraduate students. Through volunteerism, as well as high-impact training and support, we help our fellows persevere through college and launch into a successful career. Along the way, our fellows pay-it-forward by supporting underserved K-12 students in their communities as near peer tutors and role models.
We recruit low-income and first-generation college students to become near-peer tutors and role models for K-12 students in need.
We provide each Tutor Fellow with training, work experience, professional development, and a $8,000 college scholarship.
We help close the K-12 achievement gap by providing more than 4,000 hours per year of free STEM tutoring to underserved schools.
